This will be your ideal opportunity to acquire original Palmer paintings, pottery, limited edition prints and many more amazing items. A portion of proceeds fromt his evennig go to benefit Outreach United, John Palmer Art's 2011 Charity of the Year. January, 2012 -Applications for the 2012 Escapist Mentorship Program have poured in. During the early part of this month, the jury panel will convene to score the applications. Stay tuned for an announcement of the 2012 Escapist Artists later this month! -On the evening of Friday, January 6th, John and Ryan will inform the First Class Club of the destination of Palmer's 2012 Study-Abroad adventure! After this evening look for a public announcement of this choice of city. Dr. Susan Catlett of Houston, Texas wrote the winning essay that determined the trip would center around a Place of Worship. -From January 18-January 22, John Palmer Fine Art will be a first-time Exhibitor at the prestigious Los Angeles Art Show. February, 2012 -After receiving a record number of applications for the 2012 Escapist Mentorship Program, the jury panelists for the written application and the interview process have selected five mega-talented 2012 Escapist Artists: Leigh M. Armstrong, Sonya Cuellar, Tra Slaughter, Lauren Jay Wondra Smyth and Anita Varadaraju. Congratulations! This is the first year in which the program has an artist that does not reside in the United States (Smyth) as well as the youngest Escapist in history (Armstrong-age 18).
